Ingredients: WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, RYE flour, salt,
yeast.
We've tried 4 different veg box schemes - this is the best! Reliably excellent produce, as local as possible, mostly (?) organic. Lots of extra things available, either regularly or as a one-off.
The veg and fruit is always delicious and carefully packed. Hampshire Veg Box are excellent at communicating. I love my veg box!
