Our Fillets of fresh rainbow trout are sourced from the crystal clear waters of Hampshire’s nutrient-rich chalk stream rivers.
The pack is ideal to feed between 1-2 people, the weight is between 175 and 200g.
The packs should be kept refrigerated and use by the best before date. All our fillets can be frozen and should be used within 6 months of freezing.
Good quality, reasonable variety and local where possible. It's nice knowing a week in advance what's going to be in the box, so that meals can be planned and to avoid waste. No problems with substitutions.
