Ingredients: WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, RYE flour, salt, yeast.
Good quality, reasonable variety and local where possible. It's nice knowing a week in advance what's going to be in the box, so that meals can be planned and to avoid waste. No problems with substitutions.
The veg and fruit is always delicious and carefully packed. Hampshire Veg Box are excellent at communicating. I love my veg box!
