Ingredients: WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, maize flour, sunflower seeds, millet seeds, WHEAT germ, salt, rapeseed oil, yeast, glucose syrup, enzymes, turmeric.
We've tried 4 different veg box schemes - this is the best! Reliably excellent produce, as local as possible, mostly (?) organic. Lots of extra things available, either regularly or as a one-off.
