Ingredients: WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, RYE flour, salt, yeast.
Good quality, reasonable variety and local where possible. It's nice knowing a week in advance what's going to be in the box, so that meals can be planned and to avoid waste. No problems with substitutions.
Their produce is excellent , varied, and good value. I love the ethos of the company, and their delivery service is always reliable and cheerful. A great company.
