1.5kg bag of Organic Wholemeal Flour from Whissendine Windmill.
Milled at one of England's few remaining fully operational nineteenth century windmills. The windmill has been in the village of Whissendine for over 200 years, dating back to 1809.
The mill went out of use in 1922 and was restored by Nigel Moon in 2009, the original roller dates back to 1877.
Their produce is excellent , varied, and good value. I love the ethos of the company, and their delivery service is always reliable and cheerful. A great company.
